Summary
This PR fixes an oversight from #17597. On
main, we currently emit a diagnostic forMyNonGenericProtocol()but not forMyGenericProtocol[int](). (One is aType::ClassLiteralin our model, the other is aType::GenericAlias.)Test Plan
new mdtests added that fail on
main.
